Manasji is being prepared with safety, privacy, and human-reviewed knowledge at its core.

About Manasji

Technology should make room for your humanity.

Manasji is an emotional-wellness information platform being built for people who want a calm, private-feeling place to begin understanding everyday emotional pressure.

01

Our mission

Make careful, understandable emotional-wellness information easier to reach—without impersonating a professional or replacing human care.

02

Our vision

A digital starting point where people can slow down, find language for what they are experiencing, and make a more informed choice about what to do next.

Values that shape every decision

Dignity

People are more than a problem to solve. The experience should never shame, pressure, or manipulate.

Honesty

The system names its limitations, uncertainty, and AI identity clearly.

Safety

Professional and urgent support boundaries take priority over engagement.

Privacy

Collect less, store less, and never use private conversations for advertising.

How the future chatbot will work

A server-side service will validate each request, apply moderation and local safety routing, retrieve eligible reviewed knowledge, call the OpenAI Responses API, validate the output, and return either approved information or a safe fallback. The API key will never reach the browser.

Human review is a gate, not a badge

An article must be published, reviewed, attributed to a reviewer with relevant qualifications, inside its review period, and complete in the requested language before it can be synchronized as chatbot knowledge.

What Manasji cannot do

  • Diagnose a mental-health or medical condition.
  • Prescribe, start, stop, or change medication.
  • Guarantee healing, recovery, or a particular outcome.
  • Act as a therapist, counsellor, doctor, or emergency service.
  • Replace context-aware support from a qualified professional.

Privacy by design

The planned chat is anonymous by default, transcript storage is off by default, and users will be reminded not to share highly identifying or medical information.

A beginning, not a replacement

Good information can help someone prepare for a conversation, but it cannot understand a life in the way a trusted person or qualified professional can.
