Draft updated 30 July 2026
Privacy policy
This draft explains the privacy-by-design approach planned for Manasji.
What we collect
Public pages can be viewed without registration. The contact form collects the information you choose to submit. The planned chat will use a pseudonymous session identifier and minimal operational data; message storage is disabled by default.
What we avoid collecting
Manasji does not need your date of birth, exact address, government identifiers, medical-record number, passwords, or financial details for ordinary use.
Why information is used
Contact details are used to respond to enquiries. Minimal security and usage records are used to protect the service, diagnose faults, and understand aggregate operation.
Chat privacy
No advertising tracker or session replay will be placed on chat pages. Chat content will not be sent to analytics. Optional storage would require explicit consent and a clear retention period.
Service providers
The production policy must identify the actual hosting, email, and AI service providers and accurately describe their data handling before launch.
Retention and choices
Retention periods will be configured and documented before launch. The future chat will include clear-conversation controls. Contact-data requests will use a verified process.
